The centre which is due to treat its first patient on the 29th October is a partnership between the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, part of the UCLH NHS Foundation Trust and Medical Equipment Solutions Ltd. It will become the 6th operational Gamma Knife centre in the UK increasing patient access to this well proven technology which offers significant advantages and provide an important research resource for clinical trials.
