Management and Administrative Team
Lynne has extensive experience of developing and managing specialist medical centres and has specialised in healthcare over the last 15 years. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Medical Equipment Solutions Ltd, the company which manages the Queen Square and Thornbury Gamma Knife Centres. She has a passion for delivering the highest standard of care and ensuring clinicians and patients have access to the latest technology, high quality services and improved outcomes. Her early career was in the financial industry having been a corporate treasurer for blue chip companies.
Rebecca trained as a lawyer and worked for a number of years in a private client department advising estates and charities on tax and trust affairs. She works with us to manage our external affairs building relationships with charities and other funding organisations.
Mike is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ experience as a Finance Director and General Manager in SME’s (£2million turnover to £20M). During that time, he has helped to build a number of business in a wide variety of industries and led three business sales transactions. Mike is the Honorary Treasurer of small Abbeyfield sheltered housing charity and was previously a school governor for 4 years.
Emily has recently joined the Gamma Knife team, previously working in property for the last two years. Emily graduated from Bristol UWE in 2014 having studied Sociology. Emily handles day to day administration processes, bookings and patient pathways.
Sam graduated from the University of Sussex in 2008 with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Business and Management. He has spent 7 and a half years working in the NHS, working in various administrative positions including as a Bed Manager at Charing Cross Hospital, an 18 week pathway validator and also as a Chemical Pathology labarotory administrator. He then spent 4 years working as an MDT Coordinator at Imperial College NHS Trust before joining the Queen Square Gamma Knife Centre team in February 2017.
