The Spring newsletter is now available and can be viewed here.

The newsletter aims to help keep patients, their families, referrers and other health professionals informed of the work going Queen Square Gamma Knife Centre and bring you news of the latest developments and examples of the kind of treatments available at one of Britain’s leading radiosurgery centres.

This  issue focuses on our new Gamma Knife Icon which offers frameless treatment for some patients and expands the range of indications that can be treated to include large tumours. UCLH clinical oncologist Dr Naomi Fersht explains why the upgrade to the Gamma Knife Icon model will mean improved treatment options. The newsletter also provides updates on activities to increase awareness of Gamma Knife treatment and features a patient case study with one of the first patients to be treated with a mask.

QSRC aims to bring you this newsletter four times a year which will be available on this website.
